Exciting Summer Taking Shape at Rose-Hulman

I love summer at Rose-Hulman because it gives us a chance to prepare new initiatives for the next academic year. The same holds true this summer. Even though most of our students may be away, there’s no shortage of activity still taking place. If you’ve driven through campus since commencement, you’ve likely noticed work is fully underway on our new academic building. This exciting 70,000-square-foot structure will offer flexible learning and design spaces, a prototyping lab, student workspaces, chemistry labs and much more. We already feature THE WEEKEND ROUNDUP*, FREE FRIDAY IN THE HAUTE giveaways**, periodic blogs*** and THE HAUTE video series**** — now we want to float a new weekly feature: THE WEEK AHEAD, a quick look at community events occurring in upcoming days.
